125 g smör
3 msk vatten

4 stora äpplen
3 msk råsocker
1 msk sirap
1 tsk kanel
Blanda ihop ingredienserna till degen, platta ut i en pajform och låt stå i kyl 30 min. Skala och skär äpplen i klyftor, blanda med socker, sirap och kanel. Lägg i äppelklyftorna i formen och grädda på 225 grader i cirka 20 minuter.
Servera med vaniljsås eller vaniljglass.

125 grams unsalted butter

4 large apples
3 tablespoons raw sugar
1 tablespoon syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together the ingredients for the dough, flatten into a pie dish and let stand in refrigerator 30 minutes. Peel and cut apples into wedges, mix with sugar, syrup and cinnamon. Add the apple wedges in pan and bake at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve with vanilla custard or vanilla ice cream.
