När vi startade den här bloggen för lite mer än ett år sen var det just med äpplen. Den gången gjorde vi en härlig äppelpaj. I år gjorde vi något betydligt enklare, fast lika gott, nämligen torkade äppelringar. Väldigt gott att ha i filen, på müslin eller bara äta som de är. Man kan även smaksätta dem med lite kanel om man vill det.

Vi skar äpplena i lagom tjocka skivor och trädde ett snöre genom kärnhuset. Det går att kärna ur äpplet först om man vill det, men vi valde att behålla det naturliga kärnhushålet. Häng äpplena på tork någon dag och sen är de klara för att ätas.

When we started this blog for a little more than a year ago, we started with apples. That time we made a delicious apple pie.. This year we’ve done something considerably easier, but just as sweet, dried apples.

They’re really good in your sour milk, in müsli or eat just as they are. You could also flavor them with some cinnamon.


We cut the apples in slices and put a string through the core. You could remove the core if you’d like, but we decided to keep the natural hole from the core. Let the apples hang to dry for a couple of days and then they’re ready to eat.
